Events Highlights: 5th International Conference on “Sustainable Innovation and Artificial Intelligence: Envisioning New Horizons in Education”
On 19 November 2025, the KIX EMAP Hub partnered with the 5th International Conference on “Sustainable Innovation and Artificial Intelligence: Envisioning New Horizons in Education”, organised by Helwan University. The hybrid conference was held in Cairo, Egypt and online. Within the conference partnership, the KIX EMAP Hub sponsored a session titled “Sustainable Innovation and the Future of Education: Local and Global Perspectives”.
The conference was structured around three main pillars:
- Exploring Smart and Innovative Educational Institutions: Requirements and Challenges
- Teachers and Learners: Changing Roles and Responsibilities in the Digital Context
- Faculties of Education, Artificial Intelligence, and Sustainable Innovation
The conference began with opening remarks, followed by research sessions and the presentation of working papers.The KIX thematic session on “Sustainable Innovation and the Future of Education: Local and Global Perspectives” featured six presentations exploring national and international visions related to the future of education.
