On Wednesday, June 11th, 15:00-16:30 (CEST), Regional coordinators for Anglophone Africa (Edem), and EU/NA/OCE (Bart) held an interactive session with members in their regions, offering a technical overview of NORRAG’s network infrastructure. The session provided a practical experience in navigating the social systems map, and afterwards participants had ample opportunity to ask questions, practice finding the information most relevant to them, and exchange ideas with the other participants. In the end participants expressed satisfaction over the understood benefits of NORRAG’s SSN Map applicable in their work, and majority successfully set up or updated their profiles.
